Josephine Borrero

Josephine Borrero’s mission is to help people with their everyday life situations. She believes that understanding and acknowledging our emotions can simplify how we act and change the way we see ourselves and others. Josephine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Her treatment approach is diverse and holistic, emphasizing person-centered, culturally sensitive guidance towards realistic goals. She utilizes  behavioral techniques and mindfulness.

In her free time, Josephine enjoys connecting with nature, as she is an animal lover who likes to help animals in need. She also loves going to coffee shops, exploring new cities, and reading.

Josephine is supervised by an independently licensed supervisor.
