Insurance
Insurance and Private Pay Options
We accept most major insurance plans in Massachusetts, including MassHealth. Coverage depends on your specific plan — the only way to know your copay for certain is to check your benefits, which we’ll do with you before your first session, not after.
Some of the reasons people come to us
What we help with?
I don't even know if this is bad enough to need therapy” is one of the most common things we hear. It is. Here are some of the others.
Anxiety
The worry that won’t switch off, the conversation you rehearse in the shower, the 3 a.m. wake-ups for no reason you can name. Therapy helps you understand what sets it off and gives you something to do about it besides brace through the day.
Depression
When everything takes more than it should and the things you used to like stopped landing. You don’t have to be at rock bottom to deserve help with this.
Relationship patterns
The loss that keeps repeating, the emotional walls you didn’t choose to build, the sense that you want to show up for people and can’t quite. Patterns can shift once you can see them clearly.
Grief and loss
There’s no schedule for this and nobody gets to tell you you’re taking too long. Therapy is somewhere to put it down for fifty minutes without managing anyone else’s feelings about it.
Stress and burnout
You’re still doing it all, which is exactly why nobody’s noticed you’re running on empty. Therapy is where you look at what’s actually depleting you — and, for a lot of people, the first hour in months that belongs to no one else.
Kids and teens who won't open up
Your kid has gone quiet, or angry, or their grades slid and you don’t know why. Ages 10 to 17 are their own kind of hard. Our therapists give them a space that’s actually theirs, and keep you in the loop on what matters.
How it Works
All of Massachusetts, online
If you're physically in Massachusetts at the time of your session, we can see you — Boston and Greater Boston, the North and South Shores, Worcester and Central Mass, the Merrimack Valley, the Cape and Islands, and Western Mass. Every session is online, so where you are in the state doesn't change whether we can help.
Pick a time.
The Book an Appointment button opens a real therapist's live schedule — choose a slot that works and you're booked. No waiting to find out if there's room.
We confirm your coverage
and tell you what to expect to pay, before your first session.
You get set up
a short intro and your intake paperwork through the secure portal.
Your first session.
Online, over secure video, 50 minutes. Mostly listening. Nothing to prepare.
