Secure Online Therapy

Therapy that fits your actual life. We’re a women-owned, multicultural team of licensed and qualified therapists working with people across Massachusetts, Florida, and New York – adults, couples, families, and teens – entirely by secure video. Same quality of care as sitting in an office, minus the commute, the waiting room, and the time off work.

What online therapy is

How secure video therapy works

You’ll need a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a stable connection, and somewhere private where you won’t be overheard. Before your first appointment you’ll get a simple link — no special software to install or configure. Everything runs on a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted platform, so what you say stays between you and your therapist. If you’ve never done a video session before, your therapist will help you get comfortable in the first few minutes — most people are surprised how quickly it stops feeling unusual and just becomes a conversation.

Conditions and concerns we support

  • Anxiety and stress. The worry that won’t switch off, the racing thoughts before bed, the sense that slowing down isn’t allowed. Therapy helps you understand what’s setting it off and gives you something to do about it besides pushing through.

  • Depression. When everything takes more effort than it should, and things that used to matter have stopped landing. You don’t have to be at your lowest point to deserve help.

  • Trauma. Something happened, and your body hasn’t finished reacting to it — whether from one event or from years of relationships that left you shut down. Our therapists move at your pace.

  • Grief and loss. There’s no timeline for this, and no one gets to tell you you’re taking too long.

  • Burnout. You’re still doing it all, which is exactly why nobody’s noticed you’re running on empty.

  • Relationship strain. The same argument on repeat, emotional distance, or trust that needs rebuilding — whether between partners or within a family.

  • Identity. Questions about who you are, where you belong, or who you’re becoming, especially alongside family or cultural expectations pulling a different direction.

  • Life transitions. A move, a divorce, a new job, a diagnosis — change that’s hard even when it’s expected.

For most people, yes — it’s just as effective for most concerns, and far easier to keep up with consistently. If a higher level of care is ever the right call, we’ll tell you directly.

No. Plenty of people start just wanting steadier ways to cope, without a crisis or a formal diagnosis.

Yes — HIPAA-compliant and encrypted, with narrow legal exceptions around safety your therapist explains upfront.

Yes to both, at any point.

Yes — several of our therapists work in Spanish. Ask when you reach out, or use the language filter on the therapist grid.

No prescribers on staff; we’ll help coordinate with your primary care doctor or refer you out if medication might help.

Therapy is clinical mental health care from a licensed or qualified therapist. Coaching is structured, goal-focused support that doesn’t diagnose or treat conditions and isn’t a substitute for therapy.

Depends on your specific insurance plan, which we verify before your first session; without insurance, sliding scale starts at $55.

A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection — nothing to install beforehand.

Online therapy isn’t emergency care. Use the crisis resources just below, available right now, 24/7.

"We had a fantastic therapist and provided a really welcoming and constructive environment for us to work together on my issues. She helped me identify my own issues, and also get over real hurdles in my life. She provided numerous resources that I am still working my way through. I would highly recommend trying it out if you haven't!"
Naj Dot
"Our therapist at Trust Therapeutics is an amazing resource for the staff and students at Fenway High School. She provides individual counseling to students, consults with school faculty, and often provides resources and a helping hand to the interns at Fenway High. The students often leave counseling sessions with a smile on their face. She truly connects with and makes quite the difference in our students' lives. We are truly lucky to have her as an additional therapeutic resource."
