By accessing or using the Trust Therapeutics website located at trusttherapeutics.com, scheduling an appointment, or engaging with any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal guardian of a minor receiving services), that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Trust Therapeutics offers the following mental health and wellness services:
2.1. Individual Therapy: Personalized one-on-one therapy sessions delivered via secure video telehealth platform by licensed mental health professionals.
2.2. Couples and Family Therapy: Therapeutic services focused on improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening relationships for couples and families.
2.3. Children and Adolescent Therapy: Specialized counseling for children and adolescents, provided with appropriate parental or guardian consent.
2.4. Life Coaching: Non-clinical coaching services focused on personal growth, goal-setting, and life transformation. Life coaching is not therapy and does not treat mental health disorders or medical conditions.
All clinical services are provided exclusively via teletherapy (online video) to clients located in Massachusetts and Florida. Trust Therapeutics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Telehealth Consent and Limitations
3.1. Telehealth Acknowledgment: By scheduling and attending a telehealth session, you acknowledge and consent to receiving services through electronic communication technologies, including video conferencing platforms. You understand that telehealth involves the transmission of personal health information electronically.
3.2. Technology Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have access to a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and a private, secure location for your sessions. Trust Therapeutics is not liable for technical disruptions caused by your internet service provider or device.
3.3. Geographic Limitations: Teletherapy services are available only to clients physically located in Massachusetts or Florida at the time of the session, in accordance with applicable state licensing laws. It is your responsibility to notify us if you are located outside these states.
3.4. Emergency Situations: Telehealth services are not appropriate for psychiatric emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
4. Appointments and Cancellation Policy
4.1. Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled through our designated scheduling portal or by contacting our office directly. All scheduled appointments are subject to provider availability and confirmation.
4.2. Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
4.3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the termination of services.
4.4. Provider Cancellations: Trust Therapeutics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to provider illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and offer alternative appointment times.
5. Fees, Payment, and Insurance

5.2. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or amounts not covered by your insurance plan. Outstanding balances are due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon.
5.3. Life Coaching Fees: Life coaching services are not covered by insurance. Fees for life coaching are charged at an affordable private-pay rate, which will be communicated to you prior to your first session.
5.4. Non-Payment: Trust Therapeutics reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment of outstanding balances. We may engage third-party collections services for unresolved accounts, consistent with applicable law.
