Online Couples Therapy

For the argument you keep having and can’t seem to finish. It’s rarely one blowup that brings couples in — it’s the version you’ve had a dozen times before, and you’re both worn down enough to just want to feel like a team again.

Who couples therapy is for

Communication, trust, and infidelity support

For couples working through infidelity specifically, sessions focus on two tracks that run alongside each other: processing the impact honestly, without minimizing it, and — if both partners want to continue — rebuilding a structure of trust that’s earned rather than assumed. Neither track is optional if the relationship is going to move forward; skipping the first to rush the second tends to leave resentment buried rather than resolved.

Marriage, unmarried, and LGBTQ+ couples

We work with couples married, dating, partnered, and everything in between, at every relationship stage — including couples navigating a separation who still want support figuring out what comes next. Several of our therapists specialize in LGBTQ+ relationship work specifically, so you’re not explaining your relationship structure before you can get to the actual work.

Mostly yes — most work happens together, with occasional individual check-ins if useful.

That’s normal. An initial session can just be about deciding if it’s worth continuing.

Yes, and several of our therapists specialize in it.

No — the goal is helping you both see the pattern clearly, not deciding who’s right.

Yes, for couples who both want to continue — it involves honestly processing what happened and deliberately rebuilding trust, not skipping to “moving on.”

Joint sessions aren’t the appropriate starting point when there’s active domestic violence — your therapist will talk through safer options directly.

Depends on your specific plan, verified before your first session; without insurance, sliding scale starts at $55.

Over secure video, with both partners physically located in a state where the therapist is licensed. Full technical details are on our Online Therapy page.

"We had a fantastic therapist and provided a really welcoming and constructive environment for us to work together on my issues. She helped me identify my own issues, and also get over real hurdles in my life. She provided numerous resources that I am still working my way through. I would highly recommend trying it out if you haven't!"

"Our therapist at Trust Therapeutics is an amazing resource for the staff and students at Fenway High School. She provides individual counseling to students, consults with school faculty, and often provides resources and a helping hand to the interns at Fenway High. The students often leave counseling sessions with a smile on their face. She truly connects with and makes quite the difference in our students' lives. We are truly lucky to have her as an additional therapeutic resource."
