Online Life Coaching

To be upfront: this is not therapy, and we won’t dress it up as one. Life coaching at Trust is structured support for professionals and adults sorting out goals, habits, a career direction, or what comes next — delivered over secure video.

Who life coaching is for

Goal setting, accountability, and progress tracking and Coach credentials and experience

Coaching works best with concrete, trackable goals rather than abstract ones. Your coach helps translate “I want more balance” into specific, measurable steps, and sessions include real accountability — checking what you said you’d do against what actually happened, without judgment, and adjusting the plan when life gets in the way.

Our coaches bring credentials such as certified yoga instructor and certified life coach, along with experience working with professionals and adults across career, habit, and life-transition goals.

Goals our coaches help clients pursue

Career direction and job transitions, building sustainable habits (health, productivity, focus), navigating major life changes, improving time management and follow-through, and clarifying priorities when too many things feel equally urgent.

No. Coaching is structured, goal-focused support — it doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions and isn’t a substitute for therapy.

No — life coaching is self-pay only, since it isn’t a clinical treatment service, regardless of state.

Your coach will say so directly and help connect you with a therapist.

A coach helps with forward-looking goals and accountability; a therapist provides clinical mental health treatment. Your coach will flag it directly if what you need is therapy instead.

Self-pay starting at $55 a session; ask about packages if you’re interested in a set number of sessions.

Over secure video, with the client physically located in Massachusetts, Florida, or New York during the session.

How it Works

What happens after you hit the button

The hardest part of starting therapy is not knowing what happens next. Here's the whole thing.

1

Pick a time.

The Book an Appointment button opens a real therapist's live schedule — choose a slot that works and you're booked. No waiting to find out if there's room.

2

We confirm your coverage

and tell you what to expect to pay, before your first session.

3

You get set up

a short intro and your intake paperwork through the secure portal.

4

Your first session.

Online, over secure video, 50 minutes. Mostly listening. Nothing to prepare.

"We had a fantastic therapist and provided a really welcoming and constructive environment for us to work together on my issues. She helped me identify my own issues, and also get over real hurdles in my life. She provided numerous resources that I am still working my way through. I would highly recommend trying it out if you haven't!"
Naj Dot
"Our therapist at Trust Therapeutics is an amazing resource for the staff and students at Fenway High School. She provides individual counseling to students, consults with school faculty, and often provides resources and a helping hand to the interns at Fenway High. The students often leave counseling sessions with a smile on their face. She truly connects with and makes quite the difference in our students' lives. We are truly lucky to have her as an additional therapeutic resource."
