Children's Therapy (Ages 10–12)

A tailored, evidence-based approach to help children build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and thrive at home and in school — all delivered via secure telehealth. Telehealth works best when children can comfortably engage online and parents actively collaborate with their child’s clinician. Bilingual support available in English and Spanish.

Who It Is For

Sessions focus on building age-appropriate coping skills and healthy communication.

Sessions use play therapy, talk therapy, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help children express emotions safely and develop the tools they need to navigate daily challenges. Caregiver involvement is included at every step to support progress at home.

Best for children ages 10–12 experiencing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges.

Children dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, bullying, low self-esteem, and social media struggles.

Our program provides individualized, age-appropriate care tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage. Clinicians incorporate a variety of tools, worksheets, and treatment modalities — all within a safe, supportive, and confidential online environment. Parents and caregivers are actively included throughout the process to reinforce growth beyond the session.

"We had a fantastic therapist and provided a really welcoming and constructive environment for us to work together on my issues. She helped me identify my own issues, and also get over real hurdles in my life. She provided numerous resources that I am still working my way through. I would highly recommend trying it out if you haven't!"

"Our therapist at Trust Therapeutics is an amazing resource for the staff and students at Fenway High School. She provides individual counseling to students, consults with school faculty, and often provides resources and a helping hand to the interns at Fenway High. The students often leave counseling sessions with a smile on their face. She truly connects with and makes quite the difference in our students' lives. We are truly lucky to have her as an additional therapeutic resource."
