I help adults heal from trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, and the long-term effects of trauma — including high-functioning anxiety, panic attacks, burnout, and the sense that your body is stuck in overdrive. I work with adults, working professionals, first responders, healthcare workers, and survivors of complex and single-incident trauma. My practice is rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed care — identity, culture, and systemic stress are part of the clinical picture. Clients from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and historically marginalized communities are welcome. I provide therapy for PTSD, complex PTSD, trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, dissociation, burnout, relationship trauma, and identity-based stress — meeting you at your pace, every step of the way. I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — combining them based on what your body and mind need most. Sessions are always paced to your capacity, grounded in stabilization and collaboration. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Boston College. I serve as a Clinical Supervisor at Trust Therapeutics. I offer secure, confidential online therapy to clients in Massachusetts, with sessions available in 60 or 45-minute formats and sliding scale pricing.
