I work with young adults, working professionals, the Latino/a community, LGBTQ+ clients,
people with disabilities, and Spanish-speaking clients. Ofrezco terapia en español y en
inglés.
I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, crisis, life transitions, identity development, and
women's issues.
My approach is creative, person-centered, and mindfulness-based. As a Dance/Movement
Expressive Therapy certified clinician, I also offer somatic and movement-based modalities
— bringing the body into the healing process when it fits.
I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) holding a Master of Social Work from
Springfield College.
I offer secure, confidential online therapy to clients in Massachusetts, with sessions
available in 60 or 45-minute formats and sliding scale pricing.
