Soy una terapista bilingüe y Latina. I specialize in domestic violence recovery — especially
the long-term work of rebuilding after separation, identity recovery, and healing from
complex trauma.
I work with adult survivors of domestic violence — clients rebuilding identity, safety, and
autonomy after abusive relationships — and with clients managing anxiety and intrusive
thoughts. My background includes international crisis intervention. Ofrezco terapia en
español y en inglés.
I provide therapy for domestic violence recovery, complex trauma, anxiety, grief, post-
separation rebuilding, and supportive emotional regulation work for clients experiencing
OCD-related intrusive thoughts (non-ERP approach).
My approach is strengths-based and CBT-informed. With survivors, therapy centers client
autonomy and self-trust, paced to each client's readiness.
I hold a degree in Social Work and bring extensive clinical experience gained through
internships, volunteer work, and international crisis intervention — a background that gives
my practice rare depth and range.
I offer secure, confidential online therapy to clients in Massachusetts and Florida, with
sessions available in 60 or 45-minute formats and sliding scale pricing.
