I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, communication challenges, relationship
patterns, life transitions, intergenerational family dynamics, and identity development — the
full picture of what shapes a person.
My approach is integrative — I draw from multiple evidence-based frameworks and adapt
to each client's needs and cultural context. Sessions are paced, curious, and collaborative.
I hold an M.S. in Educational and Counseling Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology from
the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
