I help adults struggling with drinking, drug use, addiction, and recovery — including the anxiety, depression, and life changes that often come alongside it. My clients are adults in all stages — from early recovery to sustained sobriety — navigating substance use disorders, alcohol use, addiction, co-occurring mental health challenges, and the identity shifts that come with change. I provide therapy for substance use, alcohol use, drug use, addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, adjustment concerns, grief, and the full range of mental health challenges that surface during recovery. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Motivational Interviewing. I work from a holistic perspective — mind, body, and spirit — and sessions are collaborative and non-judgmental. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with more than a decade of specialized clinical experience in addiction and recovery, holding a Master's in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Substance Use Disorder Counseling from Springfield College. I offer secure, confidential online therapy to clients in Massachusetts, with sessions available in 60 or 45-minute formats and sliding scale pricing. Book a free 15-minute consultation to discuss how we can support you.
