As a Black, LGBTQ+-affirming therapist, I hold space for the full complexity of who you are
— at every age. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults through
LGBTQ+ identity work, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship
challenges.
My clients include children, adolescents, and adults — particularly LGBTQ+ individuals,
clients from the Black and broader BIPOC community, and people from all walks of life. I
have hands-on experience working with children and youth in school settings, which
informs the relational depth I bring to every age group. I hold meaningful space for
intersectional identity — the layered, ongoing work of coming into yourself across multiple
dimensions.
I provide therapy for LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, identity development, life transitions, anxiety,
depression, relationship concerns, and personal growth. I integrate mental, emotional, and
spiritual dimensions of well-being.
My approach brings together Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy,
Motivational Interviewing, and Affirmative Therapy — creating sessions that are warm,
collaborative, and genuinely client-led.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Simmons University, a Bachelor's in Human Services
from Northeastern, and an Associate's in Human Services Management.
I offer secure, confidential online therapy to clients in Massachusetts, with sessions
available in 60 or 45-minute formats and sliding scale pricing.
