She is the Founder and CEO of Trust Therapeutics, a multi-jurisdictional behavioral health organization providing telehealth and hybrid care to more than 2,000 clients. Under her leadership, Trust operates as a clinically governed, workforce-centered organization with strong supervision, compliance, and ethical care standards.

An SBA award–winning founder, Lisa also hosts Trust the System, a podcast examining global mental health access, systems reform, and the intersection of care delivery, policy, and culture.

Lisa specializes in translating clinical requirements into scalable infrastructure, including governance, quality oversight, regulatory alignment, and workforce sustainability. Trained as a licensed psychotherapist, she brings practitioner-informed judgment to executive, regulatory, and strategic decision-making.
