Marielis Miranda

Marielis Miranda Calderon is a bilingual therapist who she holds a Master of Science in Educational and Counseling Psychology from Capella University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Her interests in the psychological field focus on topics such as stress, anxiety, depression, effective communication, and how people interact, to name a few of her favorites. Marielis believes these topics are present daily and can affect the lifestyle of all individuals at any developmental stage. Her favorite modality approach is Integrative Therapy because she is able to borrow psychological standpoints from other theories to best address her clients’ needs.

Marielis is passionate about learning, growing, and passing on her knowledge to others. Outside of her developing psychology career, she enjoys art and is self-taught in graphic design and tech programs, which she utilizes to create digital content. In her free time, you can find Marielis practicing drawing, illustrating her plants, designing digital notebooks and planners, and being around nature, which involves many plants and animals.
