Kamyla N. Benitez 

Kamyla N. Benitez has a master’s degree in Counseling with a minor in addictive disorders and a bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico. She is an experienced counselor working with emotional management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationships, family and addictive disorders. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults. As a counselor she has a multicultural point of view and provides support and direction within the therapeutic process. Her approach to therapy includes mindfulness strategies, person centered model, systems model to achieve realistic goals according to the client’s need. In her free time she enjoys connecting with nature and the sea with music.
