Lisa L. Robinson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Massachusetts & New Jersey. She holds a Master’s of Arts and a Master’s of Education in Counseling Psychology from Teacher’s College: Columbia University, specializing in Bilingual (Spanish), Multicultural, and School Based Counseling. Her therapeutic orientation is largely based in Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT) & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approaches. These methods are widely known in the field of counseling to be highly effective therapeutic strategies for working with diverse populations. Ms. Robinson utilizes these therapy methods daily in her work currently with students in the Boston Public School System, where she has worked for over 6 years. Her modality for treatment has been offered through Individual Outpatient Treatment, Family/Couples and In-Home Therapies, as well as Collateral Consultation Support.

Ms. Robinson, is dedicated to both building and supporting her clients and employees so that they are able to live happier and healthier lives, all in the objective to help each of us attain a better social living experience. Traveling and learning about new cultures and history are part of her favored past times. Sharing her stories on her life adventures, personal trials, and triumphs therapeutically with clients, has been known to enhance the therapeutic experience for those she counsels. All are welcome!
